Description
We are seeking two part-time Program Coordinators, one based in North York and one in Kitchener, to support OTR’s Co-op Program. Coordinators will assist with the day-to-day operations, program management, and student engagement of high school students exploring creative industries.
This hybrid role combines administrative, operational, and mentorship responsibilities and is ideal for:
Experienced professionals seeking to give back through mentoring youth and supporting community initiatives.
Emerging leaders looking to develop leadership, program management, and mentorship skills while guiding the next generation of creative talent.
The role involves scheduling, resource management, program support, and communication with students, team members, and program partners to create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the Co-op Program
Maintain schedules, calendars, and program documentation
Organize files, resources, and administrative systems
Conduct research to support program development and creative initiatives
Assist in preparing materials for workshops, meetings, and student activities
Support communication with students, team members, and program partners
Ensure a structured, organized, and positive program experience

Job Type: Co-op Position for Spring/Summer 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (10–20 hours/week)
Virtual/On-Site: Hybrid (in-person and virtual)

Compensation: Unpaid, with priority consideration for paid project opportunities and future creative collaborations with OTR Media Productions

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Notion
Strong organizational and administrative skills

Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
Interest in media production, creative industries, or youth mentorship
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is an asset
Education or experience working with youth or educational programs is an asset
Experience in the creative production industry is an asset
Passion for storytelling, creativity, and community development
